Electric Diamond Production Limited
Electric Diamond Production （”EDP”）is a Hong Kong-based independent film company that produces films in the areas of film, television, performance and multimedia industries. Since its founding in 2015, EDP has adhered to its founding spirit of "Delving into cinema and re-creating reality". From producing traditional TV documentaries and dramas to cross-media and film productions, its founders, Hong Kong director Wong Wan-sze and Leung Kin-pong, have been trying to recreate artistic reality through a global film language.
EDP has focused on the destiny of individuals in their times and society, and is committed to producing professional and distinctive films and television productions, including TV movies, TV dramas and documentaries. The series Alpha Maria (2019), an outsourced drama of the Hong Kong Government Television, which starring a cross-gender actor for the first time on Hong Kong TV, has received much attention for its bold themes and high standard, and has been compared to the same series of the three major commercial TV stations. It was shortlisted for the INternational PUblic Television Screening Conference (INPUT) 2020. The TV movie Beloved Storage(2018) was selected for the mm2 Movie Makers Awards Finalist 2020 and overseas festivals. It’s documentary works A Dream to be Chinese Conductor (2017) and The Last Love Poem: TSAI Yim-pui (2018）are produced by RTHK, and it is developing documentary films in the literary and artistic genres which The Last Love Poem: TSAI Yim-pui was ranked #4 Award in the 2018 TV Programme Appreciation Index Survey #100, TVAI.
EDP has also ventured into cross-media productions. The project "CHOICE: Online Interactive Game" (2021) was funded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council to focus on the lives of grassroots school children during the epidemic. At the same time, EDP have established film and performing arts education programs to nurture high-caliber film audiences, creators and actors in Hong Kong, including film appreciation and filming courses for primary and secondary schools, art film analysis courses for adults, and screenwriting courses.
In recent years, EDP has been selected to participate in film script competitions and international film financing forum, including the Hong Kong Asian Film Financing Forum (HAF) and Eye Catcher International Pitching Forum 2023 etc. Its latest film project Semi was funded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and is now in the process of financing and post-production.
電鑽重創影像有限公司（簡稱電鑽重創），為香港獨立電影公司，製作範圍涵蓋電影、電視、表演及多媒體產業。自2015年創立至今，電鑽重創堅持「電影鑽研、重新創造」的創辦精神，由出品傳統電視紀錄及劇情類作品，到跨媒體和電影製作，其創辦人香港導演王韻詩和梁健邦，一直透過世界性的電影語言，嘗試重創藝術真實。
創立以來，電鑽重創關注個人在時代和社會的命運，致力製作具專業水平且別樹一格的影視作品，其出品電視作品涵蓋電視電影、電視劇及紀錄片：迷你影集《萬輻瑪利亞》（2019）為香港政府電視台外判劇，首次由跨性別者演員在電視上擔任主角，題材備受關注，播映時被傳媒與三大商營電視台同時段劇集比較，同年入選INPUT 世界公視大展；電視電影《無愛之愛》（2018）先後入選mm2 新晉導演計劃 2020和世界各地放映；紀錄片《中國指揮夢》（2017）、《最後的情詩：蔡炎培》(2018）等由香港電台出品，開拓文學及藝術類別紀錄片，後者獲香港全年電視節目欣賞指數總選100名中第4位。
除了電影電視等製作，電鑽重創涉足跨媒體製作：「CHOICE網上互動遊戲」（2021）獲香港藝術發展局資助，關注基層學童在疫症期間的生活。同時設立電影及表演藝術教育課程，志在為香港培育高水平的電影觀眾、創作人及演員，包括中小學的電影欣賞及拍攝課程，亦有為成年人而開設的藝術電影分析，及劇本創作課程等等。
近年電鑽重創發展電影劇本及製作，先後入選電影劇本比賽及國際創投會議，包括香港亞洲電影投資會HAF、Eye Catcher 奪目影像國際提案大會等，其最新電影項目《半熟時光》獲香港藝術發展局資助，現正進行後期融資和製作。
